Renewal Update: Medical Assistance resumed renewals in April 2023 and will continue on a rolling basis until June 2024. Make sure your address is up-to-date with the appropriate agency, and watch your mail for a renewal notice. MinnesotaCare will resume renewals at the end of 2023, for January 1st.

Open enrollment in Minnesota begins November 1, 2023 and ends January 15, 2024.

Year round enrollment is available for individuals and families who qualify for public health care programs (MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance), American Indians, or have a qualifying life event.
