What’s new with MNsure

  • Renewals have started! Renewals for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare, which were on hold since March 2020, resumed in April 2023, and will continue on a rolling basis until June 2024. It is important to make sure your contact information is up to date so that you get your renewal! A few important things to know:
    • Renewals will be sent by mail, and you will need to complete the renewal at the time it is sent to you.
    • Not sure how to update your information? DHS has posted link to the appropriate agency.
    • Most people who get a renewal will need to take action in order to stay insured. Navigators can help with completing a renewal.
